Buy the cassette of Surah Rahman without translation in the voice of Qari Abdul Basit, have imagination of Allah and listen with the depths of heart. After listening open the eyes and take half glass of water. Close your eyes again and say Allah o Akbar with the depths of your heart and after that drink the half glass of water in three breaths by imagining the power of your eyesight. Similarly listen the recitation three times in a day till one week. During listening concentrate on your aim. I am telling you because my every moment of life was harmful and I had the problem of sleeplessness a lot and my eyesight had been weaken. By the grace of Allah I was blessed due to this procedure, and that blessing is still continued. Whenever I stop this procedure I involve again in these problems. Don’t stop doing this procedure.
